  1. 1.Through these conditions of use, SEIAV.ES regulates access to this website and the availability of the information found on it, to its clients and other users of the Network.
  2. By the mere use of this website for the ETIAS (SEIAV) application, the user expresses his unreserved acceptance of these conditions of use.
  3. The services offered on the web has a fee of €35 (including European 7€ fee). Once the payment is complete, the user will receive a payment confirmation email from the STRIPE platform, and another email from SEIAV.ES with the summary of data provided for the completion of the ETIAS (SEIAV) form, and will request more information if necessary. The user must review the data again and contact SEIAV.ES as soon as possible if there is any error by sending an email to info@seiav.eu. Once the request has been submitted to the destination Schengen state, when ETIAS requirement is implemented by the end of 2024, SEIAV.ES will send a copy of the form and its resolution (status) to the client, and the data will not be modifiable. If the user wishes to receive a refund BEFORE the application has been initiated, they can do so by sending an email to payments@seiav.eu indicating in the subject: REFUND REQUEST and LAST NAME. SEIAV.ES will proceed to refund the total amount, deducting a management fee of 5 €. If the request is already being processed, a refund cannot be requested.
  4. SEIAV.ES will not be responsible for errors in accessing the website or in the content entered by the user when filling in the required information fields that appear on the front page of the website to obtain their ETIAS (SEIAV) travel authorization. The user must ensure at all times that the information entered in the passport is correct, since the ETIAS (SEIAV) form is linked through this travel document to the European system, and this data is NOT modifiable once introduced.
  5. SEIAV.ES is not responsible for the result of the request made to the State of the destination Schengen country, nor for the time elapsed for its resolution once presented by SEIAV.ES, this entity being the one that evaluates and decides on it according to the data provided by the user. The three possible results of the request are: AUTHORIZATION APPROVED, AUTHORIZATION PENDING, TRAVEL NOT AUTHORIZED.
  6. The user agrees not to use the website or the information offered on it to carry out activities contrary to law, morality, public order and, in general, to make use of it in accordance with these conditions. of use. Both, access and information, are the sole responsibility of the person who carries it out, without SEIAV.ES being held responsible for any damages or losses that may arise from said access or use of the information beyond its control.
  7. All the contents of the website are the property of SEIAV.ES and are protected by national or international intellectual and industrial property regulations, located in the State of ​ Delaware U.S.A., with the exception of the photos selected in the NEWS section (Articles of interest) that have been obtained from the UNSPLASH.COM website that grants an irrevocable license to copy, modify, distribute and use the photos for free. This license doesnot include authorization to accumulate photos in order to create a similar website or compete with the UNSPLASH.COM service.
  8. The trademarks, labels, distinctive signs or logos of SEIAV.ES that appear on the website are the property of SEIAV.ES. The message “apply for your ETIAS (SEIAV) in advance” refers to sending your data in advance to SEIAV.ES for processing when the rule is implemente by the end of 2024, or when European authorities start this requirement.
  9. All texts, graphic drawings, videos or audio supports, property of SEIAV.ES and may not be modified, copied, altered, reproduced, adapted or translated by the user or by third parties without the express authorization of SEIAV.ES.
  10. The unauthorized use of the information contained in this website, as well as the infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights, will give rise to the legally established responsibilities.
  11. The establishment of any hyperlink from a third-party web page to any of the pages of the SEIAV.ES website will be subject to the following conditions:
    • The total or partial reproduction of any of the services contained in the SEIAV:ESwebsite is not permitted.
    • No deep-links will be established with the SEIAV.ES website or its services, nor will a browser or border environment be created on them.
    • No false, inaccurate or incorrect statement will be included about the pages of the SEIAV.ES website and its services and, in particular, except for those signs that form part of the same hyperlink to the SEIAV.ES website, it will not contain any brand, trade name, establishment sign, denomination, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to SEIAV.ES.

  13. The conditions of use of this website are indefinite. SEIAV.ES may, at any time, modify them or introduce new terms, undertaking to publish them on this website.
  14. The provision of the service of this website and these conditions of use are governed by the Law of the state of Delaware, USA for LLCs. The parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of this state.
