Advertisers will be solely responsible for the veracity, accuracy and legality of their advertising, SEIAV.ES being a mere diffuser of it. Advertisers may not have access to the user&#8217;s personal data directly without the express consent of the user on each occasion.<\/li>\n<li>The rights of access, rectification, opposition and cancellation of personal data collected by SEIAV.ES, may be exercised by users, and where appropriate, by whoever represents them by means of a written and signed request containing the following data: name, surnames of the client, address for the purposes of notifications, photocopy of the DNI or passport, and request specifying the request, addressed to the email: info@seiav.eu<\/li>\n<li>SEIAV.ES may place a &#8220;cookie&#8221; on your computer&#8217;s hard drive-in order to recognize you as a recurring user and personalize your use of the website. The cookie will be stored on your computer&#8217;s hard drive until you delete it. You can have your browser notify you of the presence of cookies or automatically reject them. If you reject cookies, you can continue using the website, although this may limit the use of some of the features or prevent the proper functioning of the website.<\/li>\n<li>The service fee is \u20ac35 (European government 7\u20ac tax included) and will be paid through STRIPE payment system platform. SEIAV.ES does not have access to credit\/debit card data at any time as STRIPE it is an external system to the SEIAV.ES website.<\/li>\n<li>The ETIAS (SEIAV) forms processed, and the data provided to carry out the same, will be treated with the same confidentiality and collected in a file for this purpose, except for credit card data that will be used only and exclusively when processing the form.
